Hi, Hey, Hello! Come in, we are always open! Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our online store. Orders are processed daily, except for weekends and public holidays when they are processed on the following business day.

Should you wish to cancel your order before we have dispatched it please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will advise if your order has been prepared and dispatched. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
At Ruby Rabbit Hitched we want you to be happy with your purchase. We will be happy to refund or exchange your purchase if your goods are found to be faulty or damaged. For change of mind purchases we offer exchanges or credit notes (we do not offer refunds for change of mind or unused items). Please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of placing your order so we can arrange for return and/or replacement of your goods. Refunds will be made by the original purchase method excluding shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in unopened as new packaging in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds or exchanges are not offered on sale items or special order/custom order items.
Your return shipping costs may be eligible for a refund via Paypal if paid with your Paypal account & registered for their Refunded Returns Service - see Paypal.com for further details.
