All prices for products and shipping are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST) is included in all prices.

Ordering

Hi, Hey, Hello! Come in, we are always open! Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our online store. Orders are processed daily, except for weekends and public holidays when they are processed on the following business day. 

Payment

Our online store accepts payments securely via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard & American Express credit cards or by Afterpay. Paypal is an instant payment service from your nominated bank account or pay with your credit card. (You don’t have to have a PayPal account to use this payment system.)

Pre-order Items

Pre-order items will be shipped same or next business day once arrived in store. Should you have other items included in your order these will be held and shipped together once your pre-order item is ready to ship.

Product Information

Every effort has been made to accurately represent our products on this website, however due to photo reproduction and the handmade nature of some of our items there may be a slight variation in some products. If you require additional product information prior to your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Wholesale & Industry Customers

As a small retail store we are unable to offer wholesale products to other party shops for retail at this time. We love working with industry customers such as event stylists, cake decorators and related businesses. Please contact us at hello@rubyrabbit.com.au with your business details to receive our industry discount information.

We respect your privacy at Ruby Rabbit Hitched, and will keep all of your personal details secure and confidential. Your personal details will not be sold, exchanged or disclosed to any third party without your permission, unless required by law. The personal data we collect on this website is only used to process your order unless you have indicated that you also wish to be on our mailing list.

If you have subscribed to our mailing list we will periodically send you information about new products, promotions and offers at Ruby Rabbit Hitched. Should you wish to unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time, please email us at hello@rubyrabbit.com.au with ‘Unsubscribe’ in the subject line.

Cancelling Orders

Should you wish to cancel your order before we have dispatched it please contact us at hello@rubyrabbit.com.au. We will advise if your order has been prepared and dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to retrieve it from our courier service to cancel your order unfortunately. In this case please refer to the 'Returns, Exchanges and Refunds' below. 

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

At Ruby Rabbit Hitched we want you to be happy with your purchase. We will be happy to refund or exchange your purchase if your goods are found to be faulty or damaged. For change of mind purchases we offer exchanges or credit notes (we do not offer refunds for change of mind or unused items). Please contact us at hello@rubyrabbit.com.au within 14 days of placing your order so we can arrange for return and/or replacement of your goods. Refunds will be made by the original purchase method excluding shipping costs. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in unopened as new packaging in the same condition that you received it. 

Refunds or exchanges are not offered on sale items or special order/custom order items.

Your return shipping costs may be eligible for a refund via Paypal if paid with your Paypal account & registered for their Refunded Returns Service - see Paypal.com for further details. Ruby Rabbit Hitched does not refund shipping costs for incorrect delivery addresses.
