Shipping Delays

Please allow extra time for courier delays across Australia currently being experienced with all services. We are still dispatching same day for orders placed before 11am Mon-Fri & booking overnight or fast delivery options however once your parcel leaves us it is out of our control. Please follow your tracking link & if concerned please contact Toll 13 88 44 for parcels starting with DX or Interparcel 1300 006 031 with your tracking number. How soon do you ship?

We ship same business day for orders received by 11am AEST wherever possible. For orders received after this time we ship next business day.

How much does shipping cost?

$10 flat rate within Australia or for orders over $100 shipping is completely free. For WA, NT, TAS we also have an express $15 option available. Shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate of $29.95. For other countries please email us at hello@rubyrabbit.com.au for a shipping quote.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with the online tracking link. For missed delivery enquiries or unexpected delays please have your tracking number ready and contact:

Who do you ship with? 

Our preferred shipping companies are TOLL and Couriers Please. From time to time we use other courier companies via Interparcel to ensure your delivery arrives by the fastest method.

Where are you located?

Our warehouse is located in Brookvale 2100, Sydney.

Can I visit your store?

Sorry! We are an online only store with no retail shopfront for browsing. We offer online order collection from our warehouse in Brookvale, Sydney between Monday-Friday 9.30am-2.30pm.

Do you offer wholesale or industry discounts?

As a small retail store we are unable to offer wholesale products to other party shops for retail at this time. We love working with industry customers such as event stylists, cake decorators and related businesses. Please contact us at hello@rubyrabbit.com.au with your business details to receive our industry discount information. 

Can you deliver balloons inflated?

Sorry! We don't offer an inflation service. All balloon orders are shipped flat uninflated ready for inflation on the day of your celebration.

How long will balloons float with helium?

Helium inflated 28cm latex balloons will usually float for around 8-12 hours. Jumbo 90cm latex balloons will usually float for 2-3 days. Foil balloons will usually float for 3-5 days before slowly deflating. Adding Hi-Float to your balloons can increase the float time. Do NOT use Hi-Float in confetti filled or double layered latex balloons. Please note float time is variable & can be altered by extreme temperatures.

What do I do if my balloon pops?

Balloons are delicate items that can pop easily. Avoid over inflation, sharp objects, & very hot or cold objects. If concerned about your balloon popping we suggest ordering spares. 

How do I get confetti to stick in my confetti balloon?

In most cases the confetti will pool in the bottom of your balloon. We recommend using 20% air and 80% helium to help the confetti to stick. Some helium tanks do allow for some static. To create static rub the inflated balloon with your hand & roll the balloon for the confetti to stick. This process may need to be repeated during your event. Bare in mind we cannot guarantee the confetti will stick when inflating with helium.

How far in advance can I create my balloon garland?

If using air (not helium) we recommend creating your balloon garland a few days in advance. Please allow plenty of time for inflation & building the garland! Balloon garlands will often last for weeks after your celebration!

Can you swap balloon colours that come in garland kits?

We don't swap shades in our ready made kits, however we can recommend simply adding individual colours from our balloon pages. Alternately if looking for a specific coloured garland we can assist with recommending which balloons can be purchased to create a similar look.

Are balloons environmentally friendly? 

Latex balloons are 100% biodegradable. Latex breaks down under normal environmental conditions like other natural products. Foil balloons however are not biodegradable. For more information visit balloonartistsaustralia.com.au.

How much confetti do I need?

For a confetti toss at a wedding celebration we recommend approx 10g of confetti per person or to scatter on a large table. To fill a jumbo 90cm balloon with confetti we recommend approx 7-10g each.

Can you recommend a stylist, cake decorator or balloon specialist in my area? 

We sure can! Please email us at hello@rubyrabbit.com.au with your location and what service you would like. We will be happy to reply with recommendations of some of our fave industry colleagues across Australia.

Can I cancel my order?

Should you wish to cancel your order before we have dispatched it please contact us at hello@rubyrabbit.com.au. We will advise if your order has been prepared and dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to retrieve it from our courier service to cancel your order unfortunately. In this case please refer to the 'Returns, Exchanges and Refunds' below. 

Can I return my order?

At Ruby Rabbit Hitched we want you to be happy with your purchase. We will be happy to refund or exchange your purchase if your goods are found to be faulty or damaged. For change of mind purchases we offer exchanges or credit notes (we do not offer refunds for change of mind or unused items). Please contact us at hello@rubyrabbit.com.au within 14 days of placing your order so we can arrange for return and/or replacement of your goods. Refunds will be made by the original purchase method excluding shipping costs. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in unopened as new packaging in the same condition that you received it. 

Refunds or exchanges are not offered on sale items or special order/custom order items.
